Return Policy/ Exchange Policy
We check and recheck before dispatching our products. You will receive the product in best condition. But if you find any damage or defect, please initiate your return in 48 hours with a reference picture/video and order number. Drop us a mail at info@amritcorporates.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
While returning / exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original pack. We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 7 business days. Please note that if from any place we are unable to pick up the parcel, the customer is requested to send it back. The amount of courier may be reimbursed into the customer account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Drop us a mail at info@amritcorporates.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
